Power Flow 1
Ideal for beginner yogis. This is a warm, energizing class that is creatively sequenced, filled with dynamic Vinyasa flow, and alignment-centered so you can get the most out of your yoga class.
Power Flow 2
For those with a basic understanding of yoga that seek to challenge themselves. This is a dynamic, creative class that will challenge your muscles and your mind. Power Flow 2 is a heated class.
Power Flow 3
For advanced yogis who are ready for the next step. A challenging class, Power Flow 3 is an hour and a half and heated. It is alignment-based, dynamically sequenced, and meant for strengthening the mind. But don’t worry—our instructors will give you space to breathe, too.
Yoga Express is for those who need yoga during their lunch hour. Only 45 minutes, Yoga Express is non-heated (so you can get back to work without needing to shower) and a strong Vinyasa flow, perfect for getting in your workout on your lunch break.
Our restorative classes are meant to renew your energy. These classes are extremely gentle, seeking to bring our attention from the body and into the mind, setting us up for meditation. Restorative classes use lots of props to put your body into positions without having to use your own strength so that there is opening within the body. These classes are perfect for hitting that refresh button on your week.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice that Buddhist monks still use to this day. You will find yourself lying on the floor in the most comfortable position possible (using props) so that your instructor can guide you through a long meditation. This class is perfect for those seeking to go deeper in your practice.
Ever wanted to do yoga up in the mountains? Look no further with this specialty class! Each Sunday we will meet at a designated spot to practice where the sun shines, trees blow in the wind, and where we can breathe in fresh air as we move through poses. Make sure to bring $20 cash when you come! This class is weather-permitting.
Our Mommy and Me classes are designed with the understanding that small children have small attention spans. The instructor makes sure these children are taken care of with games and toys so that you, the mommy, have time to go through a practice just for you. Find space to breathe without having to worry about babysitters. We’ve got you covered!
Kids’ Yoga is for children 5-11. This class is meant for kids only, so the parents have time to run errands or relax in our lobby while the instructors guide the children through a special kids’ class with lots of fun yoga poses and yoga-related games! The kids will love it—and so will the parents.
Teen Yoga is for teens 12-17. Set to popular music, this class will rock your world. A mixture of basic and dynamic asana, you will learn how to calm your mind—and emotions—while still getting in a fun workout. Bringing friends is always encouraged.
Family Night is, of course, for families to come to our studio and practice together! Just $12 for your entire family, this class is a steal—and so much fun. Set to music, feel free to rock out with your family—and take some time to breathe.
Four times a week we have early morning meditations to help get you off to a great start! Only 30 minutes long, these meditations are designed to understand yourself a little better. Meditation helps to organize the mind and make things clearer—so start your day off right with us. Regular meditation practices are proven to benefit every part of your body. Is there a reason not to come? We don’t think so.
Our Live Music Classes feature incredible musicians that play while you practice! From guitar to violin, we’ve got classes for every music type. Our musicians play in the back while we instruct you through a dynamic, nonheated power class (in the Power Flow 2 area of expertise). These classes will be challenging, and listening to the beautiful music as you flow can be utterly life-changing.
Our non-live Music Classes, or Rhythmic Flow, feature playlists from the instructors themselves. As they guide you through a Power Flow 2-type class, their playlist will be grooving in the background. Music can be a strong help in focusing the brain during yoga, so use it to your advantage! Standard class rates apply.
Yoga for EveryBODY
Have you ever said “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” or “I don’t feel comfortable going to a yoga class”? Then this is the perfect class for you! This is a space for you to come and learn more about yoga and practice how you feel is right for your body. In this class, we will address some fundamentals and do yoga flows at a slower pace than in a power 1 or 2 class. This space is created for you to feel safe to learn and grow in your practice in whatever you choose. This class will not be heated.
